Flutter Developer (with iOS)

Xemplar is a software and solutions company that specializes in the use of smartphone technology, AWS cloud, and data science to help insurance companies and commercial businesses accelerate their digital strategies.

Interested candidates will get to work in an established Insuretech, with exceptionally talented individuals and a fast-paced environment. Get to work with P&C insurance clients and/or large commercial businesses that are looking to implement innovative solutions for customer engagement, risk management, and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing and building mobile applications for Apple’s iOS platform or Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features.
• Ensuring quality and performance of application to specifications.
• Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
• Fixing application bugs before final release.
• Publishing application on App Store or Play Store.
• Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
• Designing and implementing application updates.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Flutter developer for at least 2 years.
• Proficient in Objective-C, Swift, and Cocoa Touch.
• Extensive experience with iOS Frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core Text.
• Familiarity with push notifications, Third-Party APIs and cloud messaging.
• Knowledge of iOS back-end services.
• Knowledge of Apple’s design principals and application interface guidelines.
• Proficient in code versioning tools including Git.
• Knowledge of C-based libraries.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Good understanding of the mobile development life cycle.
• Work Experience with Product Development company would be added Advantage (not mandate).

Educational Qualifications:

• Engineering graduate or B.Tech/MCA with relevant major subjects like Computer Science.

• Excellent written and verbal communications.
